This Khukuri knife marked GENUINE on the blade is probably made in India, 1920 or so. The well made fullered blade is 12 1/2 inches. Wood handle with steel bolsters. Scabbard covered with heavy green, military look fabric. Total length 17 inches. Very good condition. A repaired chip on the pommel side of the handle. This Khukuri comes from the collection of John Powell, SF, a world known collection of Nepalese and related weapons.
