Kothimora,literally the Khukuri of the rich man are usually well made pieces, finely decorated and silver mounted. Here is a fine Kothimora, with armory marked blade, 11 1/2 inches long. The handle is chased silver. The scabbard is covered with leather and mounted with big pierced silver locket with gold plaque and chased silver chape, with the original silver chain set with a small turquoise stone. This Kothimora comes with its original Karda and Chakma (accompanied small knives) also with chased silver handles. Total length 18 inches. Very good condition.
