Up for sale is this Yataghan sword, most probably mid 19 C. from Turkish origin. It is a long one, with 27 inches blade, marked with the maker stamp. Silver handle and wood scabbard with chased silver cover. Total length 32 inches. Blade and handle in very good condition. One bolster is missing. Scabbard in fair condition with some cracks and losses to the silver cover. Very attractive price.
