A superb early 20 C. work, combining chased and nielloed silver with seven panels of walrus ivory engraved and painted in gold color. This type of work is the most sought after by collectors of Caucasian art work and specially attractive to kindjal collectors. The 14 inches blade is of the common shape with off-centered fullers.
