The Turkish warriors used this suma as a Ramrod for their pistols. It waas carried on the belt (sash) and was used for other purposes, sometime including blades, tweezers etc. This is a fine example, steel tweezers in a steel sheath with engraved geometric pattern and steel handle decorated with brass caps and gold koftgari trimmings. Blade ( tweezers) 9 ½ inches Total 16 inches. This Suma comes with its original carrying thread. Very Good condition.
