This very fine Tulwar sword has a 32 inches blade with raised 9 inches back edge forged from good wootz (Damascus) steel and made in the construction known as scarf welding. whereby two steel ingots are forge welded together in the upper part of the blade. The steel handle is entirely covered with very fine silver inlay work. Total length 36 inches. Very good condition. Minor edge nicks. No scabbard. A fine piece.
