This is a very good Kattar push dagger. The heavy blade 9 1/2 inches long forged from Indian wootz (crystalline) Damascus steel. The blade has central rib nicely decorated with gold koftgai work. The blade crossbars are chiseled with birds. The hilt sidebars and crossbars are decorated with gold as well. Total length 17 inches. Very good condition some very small losses to the gold.
