We offer for sale a very fine Caucasian Kindjal dagger from Kubachi. The blade is 14 3/4 inches long with off centered fuller, of good quality tempered steel. Hilt is carved from beautiful piece of walrus tusk, inlaid with gold decoraion. The scabbard is covered with black leather mounted with pierced steel locket heavily decorated with gold koftgari work in the Kubachi style. The scabbard tip is made of ivory. The total length is 19 3/4 inches. Excellent condition. Minor small dark spots on the blade. The back small by-knife is missing. A very good quality kindjal.
