A beautiful Jambiya Dagger from Kurdistan. The blade is 8 ½ inch long (point to point) curved and double edge with a central rib. The hilt is “I” shaped cut from blackwood. The scabbard is made of heavy silver in a typical Kurd style. Total length in scabbard is 15 ½ inches. Very good condition. Excellent age patina on the silver. Minor chip on the handle. This is an authentic and old late 19th Century piece in excellent shape.
