This is a beautiful classical Jambiya dagger from the Persian Qajar period, second half of the 19 C. The curved blade is 9 ½ inches long, wavy, and entirely etched on both faces with various hunting scenes. Thje handle is whole steel also etched with dense floral design. Total length 15 inches. Very good condition with excellent age patina but no pitting. No scabbard.
