Up for sale is this old Kattar dagger, probably late 18 C. , with armor piercing tip. The 9 1/2 inches inches blade is riveted to the handle through two reinforcing plates with gold and silver koftgari decoration. Thickened armor piercing tip. Side bars are inlaid with silver and gold Koftgari worki floral design. Good condition to age. Cross bars are worn. Total length 15 1/2 inches.
