The GURADE is the Ethiopian saber. They usually have European imported blades, mounted with typical Ethiopian Rhino horn hilt. This specific one has a 31 inches long thick blade with etched design. The hilt is a single massive piece of a Rhino horn with a clear fibrous structure and deep translucent color. The pommel cap is a big silver coin from 1780. Total length 37 inches. Very good condition. No scabbard
