Far better than similar items, this Jambiya dagger, of Syrian (?) origin is all mounted with silver. The blade is of better quality steel than the average found on the market - is heavy, curved, 7 ½ inches long. The I shaped handle is covered with engraved silver foil and so is the scabbard. Total length 12 inches. Good condition. Minor blackened and pitted spots on the blade. The scabbard tip was broken and re-glued. Very attractive price
