This small and beautiful Kindjal dagger was probably specially made for a youngster. It is of good quality and good workmanship. The double edge blade is 7 ½ inches long. It is beautifully etched and inlaid with silver with Arabic inscription and dated to 1290 in the Islamic calendar (1873 in the Gregorian calendar). Single piece horn grip with nieloed silver rivet heads. Wood scabbard with black leather cover. Very good condition. Light damage to the scabbard leather. Very reasonably priced.
