Up for sale this classical sickle shaped sword of the Azande from central Zaire (also used by the Boa, Azande neighbors). 20 inches blade fullered on one face and sharpened on the concave side with a 7 inches double edge tip. Wood handle bound with hide and braided fibers. Total length 33 inches. Good condition. Nice age patina on the blade. Very unusual and authentic handle cover.
