Up for sale is this very good Kindjal. 13 inches blade with two flat central fullers. The hilt and scabbard are made of finely chased and engraved silver decorated with niello enamel and of a very unusual design. It is dated on the back of the scabbard to the year of 1330 in the Islamic calendar ( 1911 Gregorian). Total length (in scabbard) 19 inches. Very good condition. Extremely minor pitted spot on the blade. Old repair to the rear side of the pommel and to the scabbard tip. All parts are old and original. A very nice and impressive piece.
